1. Login to your Google Webmaster Tools.
2. Click on the blog title and than click on Add/Test Sitemap Button.
3. once you click on the button, a box will appear as shown below.

5. Add below code in the text box.

atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500

6. Hit on the submit button.
7. Refresh page, Congratulation you are almost done.

This above works for 500 published posts. if you already have published more than 500 posts in your blog site, than you need to submit one more sitemap in your blog. see and add below code.
